Reset & Restore Cleaning Specialists Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with Reset & Restore Cleaning Specialists ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Quotes & Pricing

* All quotes are based on the information provided by the client and the condition of the property at the time of quoting.

* If the condition of the property differs significantly from what was disclosed, additional charges may apply.

* Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Deposits & Payments

* A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings for end-of-lease cleans, deep cleans and selected one-off services.

* The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

* Regular clients may have alternative payment terms as agreed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

* A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

* Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or non-attendance.

4. Property Access

* Clients must provide safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled time.

* Delays caused by restricted access may affect completion times.

5. Property Condition

* Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled properties or undisclosed conditions.

* We reserve the right to decline unsafe work.

6. Scope of Services

* Cleaning services are completed according to the agreed scope of work.

* Additional services requested on the day may incur additional charges.

7. End of Lease Cleans

* We do not guarantee bond returns as final decisions remain with the property manager or landlord.

* We will return to rectify cleaning issues within our scope where notified within the required timeframe.

8. Windows

* External windows are cleaned only where safely accessible from ground level unless otherwise agreed.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

* Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of completion for review.

10. Liability

* We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear or faulty fixtures and equipment.

11. Client-Supplied Products & Equipment

* Client products and equipment are used at the client's own risk.

12. Pets & Safety

* Pets should be secured where necessary and we reserve the right to cease work if conditions are unsafe.

13. Personal Information & Privacy

* Personal information is collected solely for providing our services and managing bookings.

14. Acceptance

By booking a service with Reset & Restore Cleaning Specialists, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
